3. Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products, descriptions and images.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, fabricated or finished by hand, slight variations may occur and do not constitute defects.

Product colours may also vary depending on your device or monitor.

Due to the handcrafted nature of many Bronco Iron products, minor variations in welds, finishes, dimensions and appearance may occur. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Bronco Iron reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Bronco Iron reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • pricing errors
  • stock shortages
  • suspected fraud
  • incorrect information supplied by the customer

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store your payment information.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

Bronco Iron is not liable for delays caused by:

  • couriers
  • customs
  • weather
  • strikes
  • events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Product Installation

Unless otherwise stated, products should be installed by a suitably qualified person using appropriate tools and procedures. Bronco Iron is not liable for damage, injury or product failure resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition unless defective.

Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return except where required by South African law.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the warranties provided under South African consumer legislation.

Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • incorrect installation
  • misuse
  • accidental damage
  • modifications made by the customer

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, logos, graphics and text, remains the property of Bronco Iron (Pty) Ltd.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bronco Iron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
