Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist.

South African Orders

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Unless the product is defective or supplied incorrectly, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Made-to-order products enter production shortly after an order is placed and may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

International Orders

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, international sales are generally considered final.

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been supplied, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details so that we can assist.

Any international return requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Returns Policy.

Any approved cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, colour or variation of a product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
