Shipping
Bronco Iron currently ships throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been received.
Delivery within Cape Town
We offer free delivery within selected areas of Cape Town.
Where applicable, free local delivery will be arranged directly with the customer after the order has been placed.
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery within South Africa
A flat shipping fee of R90 applies to all standard deliveries within South Africa, regardless of order size.
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
Delivery times typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
Certain oversized or heavy products may incur additional shipping charges. Where applicable, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional delivery costs.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally.
As shipping costs vary significantly depending on the destination and the size or weight of the order, international shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis.
If you are ordering from outside South Africa, please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide an accurate shipping quotation.
Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Some fabricated, made-to-order or out-of-stock items may require additional manufacturing time. Where this applies, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times are estimates only.
Bronco Iron cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Delivery Information

Bronco Iron cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify both the courier and Bronco Iron as soon as possible and, where possible, take photographs before opening the package.
