Refund and Returns Policy

It’s our aim at Bronco Iron to ensure that our customers are always satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with either a replacement, or a complete return. If you require a return we will credit your account, subject to the following terms. These terms form part of the Terms and Conditions listed on Bronco Iron

This returns policy forms part of the Bronco Iron Terms and Conditions. 

 1. Products to be returned

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided: 

  • it is undamaged and has not been used, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
  • it is in the original Bronco Iron packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable). 
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • it is not listed in section 3 – Products not eligible for return; and 
  • you log a return on the Bronco Iron website within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. 

We will collect the product from you at no charge. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.  

Only after we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account on Bronco Iron with the purchase price of the product within 5 days of the return. Alternatively we will refund to your bank account if that is your preference.  Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories. 

2. Products to be exchanged

Clothing purchases can be exchanged under the following circumstances:

  • for a different size provided that such variation is available,
  • the product is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. 

In the event of an exchange, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you, free of charge. If the product is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or provide a refund if that is your preference) within 8 days of you logging the return. 

Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return. 

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Bronco Iron Website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us immediately. We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the said product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return or provide refund you if that is your preference. 

3.  Products not eligible for returns

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:

  • faults have resulted from normal wear and tear;
  • damage formed from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
  • products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.

4.  Products damaged on delivery

Should you receive a product that is damaged at the time of delivery/collection, please inform us by logging a return on the Website. 

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and approved your return, we will, at your choice, offer either a replacement (if such replacement is possible) or a repair of the product as soon as possible. Alternatively we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product or provide a refund if that is your preference. Credits and refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (please note: refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account). Repairs and replacements could take longer, depending on parts / replacement availability.

Bronco Iron is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair / replacement for any return logged after seven days.

5. Vouchers & Coupons

We currently do not have any vouchers or coupons available. We will update our policies when required to do so.

6.  Charges

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled to the following:

  •  refuse the return
  • only to replace the item that you did return if it was a part of a larger order
  • or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you may be liable to reimburse Bronco Iron for the cost of having the product returned to you.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Bronco Iron for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

7. Warranty

All Sportster accessories purchased from Bronco Iron carries a lifetime hassle free warranty against manufacture defects or faults. Any issues with products will either be replaced or refunded based on customer needs. Any modification without our consent voids all warranties on any products. We are also not responsible for shipping carrier faults such as loss of packages or damages on the product, if there are any issues regarding shipping errors, please contact the carrier. 

Exhausts Systems are warrantied for 3 years, we cover shipping, repairs, and all other necessary labor from manufacture defects. As Exhaust Systems are subject to extremes, we cannot validate the conditions of which the exhausts are exposed to.
