Crash Bar Foot Rest
Aside from having a totally bitching Mad Max-esque design, the crash bar foot rest serves a dual purpose, as suggested by the name. Should you accidentally drop your bike after having a few too many Karate Water’s, this mount will help minimize damage to any fancy timer covers, air intakes or foot pegs. Should you be undertaking a bit of a journey, as soon as you are on the open road and it is safe to do so, place your feet on the foot rests to alleviate pressure on your sphincter.
By far the easiest of our products to mount, you can have this spectacle on your sportster in under five minutes, and off just as quickly.

Sissybar
Originally referred to as the sister bar, the sissy bar was born in early 1960’s USA when some states brought in laws mandating the use of a bar on the back of a street motorcycle when lifting a passenger for safety reasons. As was to be expected at the time, bikers were not a group that really concerned themselves with safety. It didn’t take long before bikers started referring to the bars as “sissy” bars, not happy about having to comply with the new law, and obviously those that did, which were the majority, were sissy’s.
The sissy bar managed to stick around, probably because it was actually useful, and naturally the term stuck too and remains the common term used today. In chopper culture groups, the sissy bar has earned a few more colorful monikers such as the bitch bar, or the bitch stick. Ironically, the modern sissy bar allows little room on the back for a sissy, more commonly equipped today for aesthetic or luggage carrying purposes.

The Harley Davidson Sportster was designed with a chopped rear fender, to give the motorcycle a view from behind that is hard to beat. In South Africa, you are forced to purchase the motorcycle with the standard sized number plate mount on the back, ruining this incredible aesthetic entirely. No more. The axle mount number plate bracket will free up your Sporty’s back end, and keep you road legal.
